Mary Lou Manlove is a San Fran­cis­co Bay Area Image Con­sul­tant and Col­or Spe­cial­ist who believes knowl­edge is pow­er, help­ing women and men appre­ci­ate and devel­op their per­son­al style since 1999. She pro­vides cus­tomized instruc­tion in col­or, shape, and design, so you can become high­ly selec­tive in choos­ing cloth­ing and acces­sories that are in har­mo­ny with you and your goals.

Mary Lou‘s step-by-step “pre­scrip­tion for self-reliance” will teach you how to:

Professional Background:

Mary Lou is a 2001 grad­u­ate of CDI, Col­or Design­ers Inter­na­tion­al, taught by Sharon Chris­man and Cora­lyn Lun­dell. She uses the Appear­ance and Design Col­or Sys­tem, cre­at­ed by Sharon Chris­man, to cre­ate beau­ti­ful, hand­made, per­son­al col­or palettes for her clients. This proven col­or sys­tem rep­re­sents the evo­lu­tion of knowl­edge from the indus­try’s first col­or and style expert Suzanne Cay­gill, who wrote the defin­i­tive book on per­son­al col­or analy­sis in the 1940s.

Pre­vi­ous to receiv­ing her cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, Mary Lou trained with image author­i­ty Car­la Math­is of Col­orStyle and Body Beau­ti­ful image and style con­sult­ing. Mary Lou was a co-own­er and instruc­tor at Image and Col­or Insti­tute Inter­na­tion­al LLC, in Cuper­ti­no, CA, from 2013 to 2018.

Today, she teach­es CAT™ Col­or Ass­es­ment Tool work­shops for begin­ners and Col­or­KI­NET­ICS©, a one-of-a-kind com­pre­hen­sive col­or work­shop where you will TRAIN you BRAIN to see, expe­ri­ence, and under­stand col­or in a whole new way.

“I high­ly rec­om­mend Mary Lou Manlove for styling. She has worked with me on two occa­sions. She helped me shop for cloth­ing when I was preg­nant and recent­ly helped me pre­pare for a pro­fes­sion­al pho­to shoot. When I was preg­nant, Mary Lou helped me feel like I could look my best even though I had put on a good amount of weight. She went shop­ping with me and helped me under­stand the best col­ors and shapes for me to wear.
